Sliced Baked Potatoes & 11/2 What's Cooking Wednesday

I actually made this a while back but never got around to posting them.
But they were pretty good so I thought I'd share the recipe now!

First get you some potatoes and scrub them up real good.

Then slice them carefully, almost to the bottom but not quite, and about 1/4 an inch apart.

Next place them in a baking dish and drizzle melted butter over the potatoes.
Make sure to get it in between the slices.

Next top it with minced garlic, salt, pepper, and any other seasonings you want.

Bake at 350 degrees until tender- about 30 min (will vary depending on your potato size).

Then ENJOY!
We had them with rotisserie chicken and my slamming green beans.
